Terms ~ There are several that can be negotiated upfront: contingent upon you selling your house, contingent upon home inspection, repairs, contingent upon appraisal, inclusions or exclusions, home warranty, Closing date, possession date, and what the seller will pay in rent, if anything, after the closing until possession date, to name a few.
Mortgage: Yes, you can negotiate with lenders regarding mortgage rates, points, and fees and get a breakdown of all fees in advance to determine if this is the right lender for you.
Whether you’re hoping for the best deal as a buyer or a higher price as a seller, your agent will work to meet your goals. This helps take away the worry of managing negotiations on your own.
