My Attorney recommended Pam Sawyer from Metro Detroit Home Experts to help me sell my home. My husband died of COVID-19 in April. I had no idea what to do or how to sell. My house was in probate, and I had to work through that process due to my husband’s children from a previous marriage. At first, I was perplexed as to why it took a few days for my house to be listed for sale. Now I understand. Pam prepared a major marketing blitz, and her efforts were excellent. My house needed many updates, and its condition was not great. Because I didn’t know what to do, I put it all in God’s hands. She brought me several offers in 2 days and found the perfect buyer herself. We had lots of hurdles to overcome along the way, not from the buyer but from family members and probate.
