Hey Anton,
All the Showingtime Stats for InfoSparks are off. This data was never stored in MLS; it is Showingtime data. When you review the city trends, they are off on residential and way off on condos.
I have now changed all the live graph trends in Infosparks to Monthly vs. 12-month rolling. I haven’t balanced the two yet. I separated my data by non-waterfront and waterfront. If it’s a municipality with no waterfront, it could be off a few if I did not add waterfront ( 3 or fewer total sales for the year did not get added). For the rest, you can add non-waterfront and waterfront to balance between InfoSparks and FastStats.
Now, let’s talk Condos. The Fast Stats condos for Lake Orion and Oakland Twp had blank fields for 2024, so I’m not feeling warm and fuzzy about your 2024 data for both condo’s and residential. If you review the graph, there is data but not on FastStats. We need to review each municipality’s 2024 and 2025 data and see if it is close. All the data is there; move your cursor over the graphs to pick up the date and data and compare it to the fast stats data…it should be close. Thanks and let me know what you find and have a great weekend.
