We originally called Pam Sawyer from Metro Detroit Home Experts when our neighbor’s home sold relatively quickly. The Theils used several agents before Pam and were unsure what she did, but the home sold quickly for more than they initially tried to sell it for. Sold Our House in Port Huron, Aunt & Uncle in Harrison Twp. & St. Clair Shores… My neighbors across the street tried to sell their homes with a few local agents, and it didn’t work. They found Pam online and hired her. Yep, she sold it in about six weeks. We decided to sell, and since she did such a fantastic job for the Thills and they highly recommended her, we hired her.

We did recommend her to my cousin, who had the power of Attorney for my Aunt and Uncle to sell the waterfront property in Chesterfield and a house in St. Clair Shores. My aunt was in a nursing home, and my Uncle needed assistance, so having cash on hand was extremely important to get the land sold ASAP. Pam’s professional marketing and advertising efforts paid off, and we sold the property in a month. She later sold the house, and even though it needed a ton of work, she had it sold to an investor in 2 days for over the asking price. She handled all the details with probate and Power of Attorney paperwork, and there was no stress on us at all. We are thankful for all she has done for us.
