Now that you’ve got a shortlist of dream homes, it’s time to roll up your sleeves and get into the nitty-gritty. Here are the steps you should follow next:
Step 1: Secure Mortgage Approval
Before anything else, make sure you have your mortgage approval in hand. Also, make sure it is up to date. This tells sellers youāre a serious buyer and helps you understand what you can afford, and itāll give you a clear budget. Ā No guesswork is needed! š¹
Step 2: Double Check Your Wish List
